I will definitely go, even an invite is not needed: Shah Rukh Khan

Mumbai: The internet has been buzzing with the news of Salman Khan’s sister Arpita’s upcoming wedding. Arpita is all set to tie the knot to her long-time beau Ayush Sharma in the coming week.

There’s have been numerous reports about the wedding guest list and just a couple of days ago it was learnt that Salman Khan invited his alleged rival Shah Rukh Khan for the grand ceremony which will take place on the 18th of this month in Hyderabad.

At a recent Kidzania event, when Shah Rukh Khan was asked if he would be attending the wedding, to which the ‘Happy New Year’ star replied, “She’s (Arpita) is like my sister. I have seen her from childhood. Most certainly there’s no question about that. But I don't know if the invite has come to my house or not. I have just come back and I am yet to go to my house.”

He further added, “I will definitely go. I have known Arpita ever since she was a little baby. I have cradled her in my arms. She is like a sister to me. In fact, even an invite is not needed. They are like family and I will go.”
