The case relates to the bomb blast at the function attended by Mishra
New Delhi: A Delhi court is likely to pronounce on Monday its judgement in a case relating to the murder of former railway minister L.N. Mishra at a function in Bihar nearly 40 years ago.
The district judge had fixed the case for November 10 after hearing the final arguments of the counsel for CBI and the four accused. The case relates to the bomb blast at the function attended by Mishra at Samastipur Station on January 2, 1975.
