Mumbai: After being involved in one of the greatest controversial issues in recent times following the demise of his former lover Jiah Khan, Sooraj Pancholi seems to be facing the heat yet again. We hear that the unit members of his debut film Hero have been talking about the cold vibes between the actor and his co-star Athiya Shetty.
The debutantes’ zero equation have become the talk of the town. Director Nikhil Advani has been trying his best to get the two actors to get cordial towards each other. “Athiya has always maintained distance from Sooraj. She’s aware of the inevitable questions that will come up during the release of their film. She is trying her best to be as professional and serious about her maiden film as she can. But once the camera is off, the two don’t interact at all,” says a unit member.
Probably it’s the Jiah Khan episode that has made Athiya stick to her stand of being strictly professional with Sooraj. The duo is already being touted among the most promising newcomers in recent times. Now with their film nearing completion, speculations about their alleged cold war are bound to make headlines.
