Narayana said that government’s main aim is to make Vizag a green city

Visakhapatnam: Minister for agriculture P. Pulla Rao said that the government will start around 250 mobile Rythu Bazaars in Andhra Pradesh for the convenience of the public. He said that MVP Rythu Bazaar will be developed as a model one and the public will be benefited more through it. He had a surprise visit to the Rythu Bazaar at MVP Colony in Vizag on Wednesday morning along with minister for civil supplies P. Sunitha, and minister for Human resource development Ganta Srinivasa Rao.

He interacted with the locals, listened to their grievances and assured that the government will solve those issues. Locals said that the quality of vegetables available in the market is not up to the mark and some of the farmers are selling for high prices, which is against to the regulations.

Ms Sunitha also interacted with the public and farmers. She advised the authorities not to allow fake farmers into the premises and not to allow sale of vegetables at high rates. Mr Srinivasa Rao said Rythu Bazaars were introduced by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu during his earlier stint.

Meanwhile, minister for municipal administration P. Narayana said, “The government’s main aim is to make Vizag a green city.”
