Mumbai: Actress Shweta Basu who was earlier caught in a prostitution racket has been released from the rescue home. The sessions court in Hyderabad on Wednesday allowed the actress to stay with her mother
The actress’ mother had filed a revision plea challenging the court’s order that she would stay at the rescue home for six months from September 30. The court allowed the revision plea, and the actress left the home, reports stated.
The actress told the police that she got into the flesh trade as she was out of money and she wasn’t landing any roles in films.
According to multiple reports, the actress might reveal the names of her clients to the police.
