Mumbai: ‘Bang Bang’ star Hrithik Roshan and his estranged wife were scheduled to have their divorce hearing on October 31. But according to multiple media reports the actor’s lawyer has asked the court to postpone the date of the hearing as he will be unavailable on the scheduled day.
The exact reason for the delay is still unknown. The couple opted for a court settlement to avoid messy legal complications. Sussanne recently headed to Goa to ring in Diwali with her children and family, while Hrithik was seen partying with close friends in Mumbai.
The couple is currently staying separately and Sussanne has primary custody of their children Hrehaan and Hridhaan. Even after separation the couple has not let their divorce affect their children and have come together on various occasions.
