Mumbai: Imran Khan didn’t have anything going right for him after the debacle of Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. The film directed by Puneet Malhotra turned out to be a disaster and Imran was under the scanner for his poor choice of films, that also included Once Upon a Time in Mumbai...Dobaara. He even lost out on playing a superhero in Vikramaditya Motwane’s Bhavesh Joshi after the discussion fell through. But Imran got over it and decided to go globetrotting with his wife Avantika. After welcoming his little girl Imara to the world, Imran will finally resume work. After almost a year’s hiatus, the actor will be back on a film set for Nikhil Advani’s Katti Batti with Kangana Ranaut by the end of October. His chance to redeem his acting career with Katti Batti could not begin anytime soon as the director was busy with Hero which marks the debut of Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi.
