Hyderabad: Prabhas’s look from Baahubali, which was released on his birthday (October 23) has been getting good response from his fans. Director S.S. Rajamouli, however, has been feeling apologetic for keeping the star occupied for over a year with the epic which is also one of the costliest films in the history of Telugu cinema.
Speaking about Prabhas, whose last film Mirchi released in 2013, Rajamouli says, “Prabhas is portraying a larger-than-life role in Baahubali and I hope that you would understand and forgive me after watching Prabhas on the big screen.”
Actors Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Adivi Sesh and Ramya Krishna appear alongside Prabhas in this film.
M.M. Keeravani is composing the film’s music and Rajamouli has engaged Hollywood VFX technicians for this film.The first part of the two-part film is expected to release on April 17, 2015.
