Mumbai: While Kevin Pietersen tarnished the England team management with his recently launched autobiography, he has been all praises for Rahul Dravid, calling him 'genuine guru'.
In ‘KP: The Autobiography’, the enigmatic batsman thanked the Indian legend for his guidance on how to handle spinners. Kevin Pietersen apparently had some issues, tackling spin, especially left-arm spinner back then.
However, Dravid’s morale booster led Kevin Pietersen to one of his best knocks, 186 against India in Mumbai. England not only won that Test, but went on to clinch the series in 2012.
Kevin Pietersen devoted quite a few pages to thank Dravid on his advice.
