RBI Governor on a two-day visit to Hyderabad, addresses RBI officers

Hyderabad: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Raghuram Rajan, who is on a two-day visit to the city, on October 15 addressed a meeting of senior officers of RBI here. Rajan, who will take part in various official programmes in Hyderabad, earlier inaugurated an exhibition organised by the RBI regional office here.

He is scheduled to meet Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao later in the day. He would also attend a technology excellence awards programme being held by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT). Rajan would chair RBI's central board meeting here tomorrow. He is also scheduled to meet Kenya Central Bank Governor Njuguna N'dungu here.
