Jodie sells her Hollywood home for $5 million

Actress Jodie Foster has reportedly sold her Hollywood Hills home for $5 million, 16 months after she initially listed the property. The 51-year-old actress originally put her property on the market for $6.4 million but when it failed to sell, she changed estate agents and re-listed her house for $5.6 million before eventually settling for $4.995 million on Monday, reported Contactmusic.

The Spanish-style villa was built in 1935 and is situated in the Birds Street area of the Santa Monica Mountains region which is popular with celebrities. The Oscar winning actress has already purchased a five-bedroom home in Beverly Hills in June 2012 for $11.75 million.
