Mumbai:Looks like Wayne Rooney is hoping for another footballer in the family.
The Manchester United player shared an Instagram video of his son Klay, wearing his playing number 10 on his pyjamas and kicking a mini football around.
“This little man wakes up and just wants to play football,” Rooney wrote with the video.
The 17-month old certainly seems to have good ‘tekkers’, though his dad might want to teach him to not toe-punt the ball.
Rooney was no doubt enjoying some family time as he won’t be playing in United’s next game.
Rooney was slapped with a three-game suspension after receiving a red card for a bad tackle on Stewart Downing during United’s match against West Ham last week.
This means the captain who was handed the armband from Louis van Gaal at the start of the season will miss not just October fixtures against Everton, but also West Brom and Chelsea.
The whole family including Klay, eldest son Kai and wife Coleen were in the stands watching him play.
