Hyderabad company introduces social wallet on BlackBerry Passport

HotRemit app helps you transfer money via BBM on your Passport

Digitsecure, a mobility & payments solution company based out of Hyderabad has introduced the concept of 'Social wallet' through the HotRemit app.

Digitsecure claims that RBI has given out permission to the company to introduce prepaid e-wallet and domestic money transfer services in India. The HotRemit app can help you make payments, donations, carry out transactions, transfer money via BBM on the BlackBerry Passport. DigitSecure built up the HotRemit app to simplify payments and money transfers on BlackBerry Passport, which would assure security through BBM.

The company stated that the new application can remit money instantly by just feeding in your 4-digit account number and transfer money to any bank account in India. You can transfer money to the BlackBerry recipient within ten minutes of authorization.

HotRemit is also expected to be available on BlackBerry 10 this October.
