Mumbai: On a normal day at any traffic signal nobody has the time to wait for the signal to turn red. People don’t mind crossing the road showing hand gestures to the cars to stop.
Sure, waiting at the signal is boring but one should keep in mind that crossing the road recklessly is highly risky.
