TRS MP sees conspiracy behind Metro Rail rant

Vinod Kumar said the Congress, BJP and TD were trying to tranish the image
Karimnagar: TRS MP B. Vinod Kumar said he suspected a conspiracy behind the remarks by the opposition parties against the Hyderabad Metro Rail project. He was seaking to mediapersons here on Sunday. Referring to remarks made by Congress leader K. Jana Reddy against the project, Mr. Vinod Kumar said the Congress, BJP and TD were trying to tranish the image of Telangana state by constantly showing it in a bad light.
He questioned: “Are the parties really playing the role of opposition or criticising the government just for the sake of it?”“The letter, which was leaked to media recently, was written on February 14, 2014. Mr. Jana Reddy, who was a Home minister, should have demanded the then Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy to convene an all-party meeting,” he said. In fact, Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy forced the management of the Metro to correspond to the government in order to stall formation of a separate state, he said.
“These parties are propagating false information about the projecct. This is a conspiracy hatched to stall development of the fledgling state. Telangana public should be cautious and aware of the conspiracies and betrayals,” he asserted.Further, he faulted Chief Minister of residuary Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu for not permitting scribes of Namaste Telanagana and T News TV channels to cover proceedings of their legislative Assembly.
