PIL alleges that KCR has been spreading hatred against the media and people

Hyderabad: A PIL was filed in the HC on Friday seeking directions to the Centre to impose President’s rule in Telangana. The Old Students Association of OU represented by general secretary A. Ramakrishna filed the PIL alleging that Chief Minister KCR has been spreading hatred against the media and people living in the state.

He said that they have represented Central government on Sept 10 seeking its intervention in restoring faith and hope of a section of the people living in the state, no action was taken in this regard.

He said there is constitutional breakdown in the state on account of breach of oath taken by KCR as chief minister of the state and urged the court to invoke the provisions of Article 356 of the Constitution to impose the President Rule.
