Mumbai: You’d imagine that being a superstar would mean that all of your wishes are fulfilled.
But that isn’t exactly true, as Deepika Padukone would attest.
The actress told us that she loves to travel, and even though she is in a profession that requires her to travel so much, the one thing she’s missed out on, is taking a road trip.
She also shared that she’s been on only one road trip so far, though she’s eager to experience a lot many more.
“I’ve done only one road trip in my life. In 2002, when I finished my Board exams, I went back to Copenhagen where I was born. My parents have family friends who live there. They said ‘Oh your daughter has never travelled alone, send her here, we will take care of her’. So I went to Copenhagen for two months and then went on a 51-day road trip all over Europe with two other people,” she said.
