Hyderabad: A division bench comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice P V Sanjay Kumar of the Hyderabad High Court directed the East Godavari district collector to inquire into illegal construction of culverts and laying of roads in Lampakalova village of Prathipadu mandal in East Godavari.
The bench was dealing with a PIL by J Prabhakar Rao and two others alleging that authorities have failed to take necessary steps to stop illegal construction of culverts and laying of roads by a private party in the village.
