Rohan Bopanna too opted out of the Incheon event

Mumbai: Indian tennis contingent for Asian Games was cut short further following Leander Paes’s decision to pull out of the games today. His doubles partner in the Davis Cup, Rohan Bopanna too opted out of the Asian Games.
All India Tennis Association (AITA) has accepted Paes’ decision.
The likes of Sania Mirza and Somdev Devvarman had already decided not to participate in the Asian Games.
While Leander Paes slipped in the double rankings following an early ouster from US Open, he, on Tuesday stated that he was ready to take Davis Cup responsibility once again.
