Hyderabad: The biopic Rudhramadevi directed by Gunasekhar is complete.
“The pre-production work started in February 2012 and the shooting around the same time next year. Now the shooting is done and we are finishing post-production work,” says Gunasekhar.
He added that he has used the latest 3D technology and has had many technicians from Hollywood working on the film.
Gunasekhar plans to release the film in December and many theatres have been modified for the use of 3D technology to screen this film. The film will also be released in a regular format.
Anushka Shetty plays the title role in the film with Rana playing her husband. Allu Arjun has portrayed the important character of Gona Gannareddy.
Several senior artistes including Krishnam Raju, Suman, Prakash Raj and Chalapathi Rao are also part of the film.
