Telangana ministers plan Mumbai trip for lessons in traffic

Will go on a one-day trip to Mumbai, to study the traffic management pattern
Hyderabad:Nayani Narasimha Reddy, the Telangana state home minister, along with transport minister P. Mahender Reddy, police commissioner M. Mahender Reddy, RTC managing director J. Purna Chander Rao and few other officials, will go on a one-day trip to Mumbai on August 21, to study the traffic management pattern there.
To learn how to deal with the situation, the officials will be visiting a more populated city like Mumbai and see how it regulates traffic. “We want to improve Hyderabad’s brand image to attract more industries from outside, generate employment, and improve the traffic and policing system. There are many things that can be learnt and implemented in our city,” said Mr Nayini Narasimha Reddy.
Issues like traffic management, signals, queue system for RTC buses, better transport system, bus shelters, CCTV cameras and policing will be observed in Mumbai and then implemented in Hyderabad.
