Recent success has made Saptagiri a top comedian overnight

Saptagiri is the new comedian on the block. The actor, who arrived on the film scene a few years back, became popular with films like Venkatadri Express and Prema Katha Chitram. He has quite a few big roles lined up and trade pundits say that he might even oust Brahmanandam as the top comedian.
The actor recently saved the film Lovers, by his performance alone and sources say that he is now charging more than Rs 1 lakh a day. But this is not deterring filmmakers from queuing up outside his door.
