Students of 14 Engineering colleges worried names of colleges missing on EAMCET website

The number of engineering seats in district came down from 8200 to 2000 seats

Khammam: Students studying in 14 engineering colleges in the district that were not listed in the Eamcet web counselling are worried about the decision of the Telangana government. Around 18,000 students are studying in these colleges. Their future is in doldrums with the cancellation of counselling. Meanwhile, the managements of these colleges in Hyderabad lobbying hard to settle the issue.

The fourteen colleges including Paulraj Engineering College, Bhadrachaalm, Adam’s Engineering College, Paloncha, K L R Engineering College, Paloncha and Danwantari College of Engineering and Pulipati Prasad Engineering College in Khammam were not listed in the web counciling of Eamcet. B Sunil, studying second year in Pulipati Prasad Engineering College said that they are fearing about their studies because of the sudden decision of the government. He said that his parents were in distress mood with the situation.
