Jagan Mohan Reddy in court for bribes case

The Special Court for CBI cases posted the case of alleged quid pro quo investments
Hyderabad:The Special Court for CBI cases posted the case of alleged quid pro quo investments involving YSR Congress chief Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to September 9. Mr Reddy, who had earlier sought exemption from appearance in the case, appeared before the court.
The Principal Special Judge, who examined the case, posted it to next month. Apart from Mr Jagan Reddy, another accused N. Srinivasan, the vice chairman and MD of India Cements, the YSRC chief’s close aide Vijay Sai Reddy and former minister Mopidevi Venkataramana also made an appearance. Former ministers P. Sabita Indra Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao, senior IAS officials Y. Srilaxmi and B. P Acharya did not appear. They filed a petition seeking exemption from appearance.
