Karthi’s next with Shruti titled Kashmora?

After Komban, Karthi will be teaming up with Gokul of Idharkkuthaan Aasaipattaya Balakumara fame for a film. If insiders are to be believed, the movie has been intriguingly titled Kashmora and Shruti Haasan, who seems to be the toast of K’town now, is being considered for the female lead. According to sources, Kashmora means a ‘deadly spirit’ and some say it refers to an outlandish person.

Apparently, Shruti started her innings in the Tamil film industry, romancing Karthi’s elder sibling, Suriya, in 7 Aam Arivu. A close source reveals that since Shruti wants to make the best of her second innings, she is on a signing spree, her diary being full for the next one year. Gokul would only say, “Yes, Karthi is my hero. It is premature to talk about other things. We will firm things up in a couple of weeks.”
