Hyderabad: Madhu Shalini is back from a break and will be playing a TV reporter in the upcoming film Anukshanam directed by Ram Gopal Varma.
“This is very important for the story and I am, as always, thrilled to act in RGV’s film,” says Madhu Shalini who is acting for the first time with Vishnu Manchu. This is the third time that Madhu Shalini is acting in a Ram Gopal Varma film. “He is a genius and I always learn many things from him. It’s an honour to work with him,” she says about RGV.
In preparation for her role, Madhu Shalini is working on losing weight and is also observing the work of reporters on TV.
A few Tamil filmmakers have also approached her with offers. “I will announce details once our talks are final,” says the actress about her upcoming films.
