Mumbai: As part of the expansion plan for his production house, Ajay Devgn has bought a huge commercial space in Juhu, Mumbai. The renovation we hear is in full swing and Ajay plans to move in, in a couple of months.
A source said, “Ajay recently purchased this huge property to make space for a new office. He plans to produce a lot more films in the coming years and the current office was proving to be too small given the onslaught of work.”
Apart from the new office, Ajay is also building a dubbing theatre. “Currently there is only one dubbing theatre in Juhu called Sunny Super Sound and that is booked for most part of the year. A private dubbing theatre will enable Ajay to accommodate all his films for post production.”
When contacted, Ajay confirmed the news: “I am setting up a dubbing theatre. We are planning a lot of films and it was the need of the hour. The office will be ready in a couple of months.”
