Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh government has prepared plans to develop 14 airports. While the construction of Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Gangavaram ports has already begun, works on the remaining 10 airports will commence soon.
The AP government will study the Tamil Nadu and Gujarat Naval Acts and introduce a Naval Act for the state. This apart, the government plans to make Vijayawada, Visakahapatnam and Tirupati airports as international airports. It would also develop mini airports in each district.
