YSRC president, alleged that the CM deceived people by making false promises

Guntur: YSRC president, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has analysed that YSRC has lost power in the recent Assembly elections only by 5.60 lakh votes. He came to Guntur on Thursday to conduct review meetings of all Assembly and Parliament constituencies in Guntur district. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jagan said the victory margin was not big and he might have got a chance of becoming the chief minister if the YSRC made false election promises like the TD. Continuing his tirade against Mr Naidu, he alleged that the CM deceived people by making false promises and predicted that the people would revolt against the TD soon. He said that the people would teach a strong lesson.

Mr Jagan analysed that there were chances of getting another 2.50 lakh to 3 lakh votes if they promise loan waiver but he never thought of deceiving the public for CM post. He said that everybody, including Mr Naidu and he wishes to become CM but Mr Naidu shunned all ethics to grab power.

He further alleged that Mr Naidu would eat grass and will tell lies to continue in power and said that the public is now seeing the real face of backstabber Naidu. He further said that the false promises of Mr Naidu and the anti-campaign by two vernacular dailies and a Telugu TV channel caused severe damage to the YSRC and moreover, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's charisma worked for the win of the TD.

Lamenting over the condition of farmers, Mr Jagan said that farmers are in a dilemma about loan waiver due to different statements from the state government and further Dwcra women are also angry with the TD for not implementing the loan waiver as promised during the elections. He said that he is conducting review meetings to fill enthusiasm among YSRC leaders and cadres to fight against TD government on various issues.

He said that he is taking suggestions of party leaders about correcting the faults which were occurred during the elections and further trying to rejuvenate the party. Responding to the attacks of TD on YSRC cadres, Mr Jagan said that the party would protect its cadres and will fight against the attacks and illegalities of TD in all possible manner.
