Hyderabad: The new industrial policy formulated by the TRS government will be finalised in a day or two. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao disclosed this to Ajay Piramal, chairman, Piramal group of industries, who called on him along with a delegation on Wednesday.
Mr Piramal discussed at length the opportunities available for establishment of new industries in Telangana state with Chief Minister and CMO officials. Promising best of hassle free facilities for establishment of new industries by the Piramal group, the Chief Minister said the Telangana government’s new industrial policy would be the world’s best and would be implemented in its letter and spirit.
The Chief Minister offered Mr Piramal all the required facilities and invited him to come and establish industries of their choice.
He also elaborated on the measures initiated by the government to overcome power shortage and assured that Telangana would be power surplus in three years time.
“The duty of the government is to put everything on the right track,” Mr Rao said.
