India aim to continue their good show in Glasgow

Glasgow: After bagging 10 medals during the first two days of Commonwealth Games 2014, India aim to add a few more to meddals as the third day of CWG 2014 gets underway in Glasgow.

India will competing in Badminton, Shooting, Boxing, Judo, Weightlifting, Lawn Bowls, Table Tennis, Squash, Hockey and Cycling on day three. India's star boxer Vijender Singh will be in action today as he competes in 75 kg class. In shooting, the duo of Rahi Sarnobat and Anisa Sayyed will defend their 2010 gold at CWG.

Anesha Sayyed and Rahi Sarnobat are 2nd and 9th position respectively in 25m Women's Pistol Precision qualification.

Ayonika Paul and Apurvi Chandela have qualified for Women's 10m Air Rifle finals.

Table Tennis: Indian eves are into the semi-finals of group event following their 3-0 win over New Zealand.

Judo: Sahil Pathania is in the quarters of men's 100 kg after beating Ghana's Raymond Normeshie. Parikshit Kumar defeated Md Ruzaini Abdul Razak in men's over 100kg judo Round of 16. Jina Devi moved to semi-finals in 78kg judo as she defeated Canada's Laura Portuondo.
