Chennai paramedical student commits suicide, accuses senior of harassment in suicide note

Chennai: In a shocking incident, a 19-year-old paramedical student at a medical university near Chennai allegedly committed suicide on Tuesday.

The girl’s suicide note was found in her hostel room. She has alleged harassment by a senior in the hospital.

The man named in the suicide note has been arrested. Chennai police confirm that the case was not of ragging.

However, parents of the girl claim that she was ragged and mentally tortured.
