Mystic mantra: The magic of prana shakti

Tatva shuddhi is a potent technique from Sanatan Kriya through which one can bring about subtle changes

The entire creation runs on prana shakti. Prana is the energy that exists in every spec of creation. Prana is the “universal force”. Prana is a frequency, a vibration of the subtlest frequency and it originates from Brahma. When prana originated, the level of frequency started changing and prana divided itself into five frequencies, them being the five elements — prithvi, jal, aakash, vayu and agni. These elements then combined together in various permutations and combinations to form different things in creation, including our body.

The body is a combination of the varying frequencies of prana in the form of five elements. The aatma takes up a body matching the frequency of the soul and as it takes the body it becomes engrossed in the pleasures of the body.

Vedic masters say, and modern science confirms that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, the opposite of pleasure being pain, suffering and ageing of the body. With pleasure of the senses, the body gradually deteriorates, senses dull, skin wrinkles, back bends, and hair grey, and at times, the deterioration of body manifests as disease. At the level of prana it is seen as a change in frequency from subtler to grosser, from golden to red to brown. And at the level of elements it is seen as pollution of the elements in the body.

Tatva shuddhi is a potent technique from Sanatan Kriya through which one can bring about subtle changes in the frequency of elements by means of certain chants and etheric purifications. This help the elements in the body to attain their purer state. The tatvas of the body are in yog with tatvas in the creation; various aspects of creation are connected to the five elements in your body by way of collective consciousness.

To bring about any change, a disturbance is created or the earlier constitution is dissolved. At every chakra, the existing gross elements and their senses are made to dissolve and then they are reconstructed. This is tatva shuddhi. The immediate results are health, beauty, glow, attraction. As one progresses in the practice under the sanidhya of guru and the intensity of practice increases, he/she is able to restore the elements to their original constitution/frequency. Once that happens the being is said to have gained control over the tatvas.
