Hyderabad:Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday directed the higher education officials to ensure that there is a monitoring system from the government’s side and that college managements are held responsible for the tours being organised for students.
He told the officials to frame guidelines so that tragedies like the one that happened in Himachal Pradesh are not repeated.
Officials said clauses like recognition and affiliation of colleges being cancelled would have an impact.
Mr Rao also instructed the officials to complete the admission process of engineering and medical colleges on time.
