Lucknow: The Archaeological Survey of India may impose a limit on number of tourists visiting the Taj Mahal. A proposal to this effect is under consideration to minimise damage caused to the monument by the increasing number of tourists. An ASI official said steps leading to the main platform of Taj have worn out.
