Mumbai: Actor Hiten Tejwani aka Manav Deshmukh from serial Pavitra Rishta has rejected two television shows due to date issues, as he is currently busy with his back-to-back shoots of Pavitra Rishta and Savadhaan India.
Hiten is also wrapping up parts of his film Tere Aane Se as the team is looking at an August release. The shows which Hiten declined are Encounter and Yeh Hai Aashiqui.
Commenting on the same Hiten says, “I would have loved to do both the shows, but the dates were clashing with my film and also with two other serials. Both the shows are doing well and are made with a very unique concept. They would have given me an opportunity to do something new.
But since I was already committed to other stuff, it was not possible for me to incorporate them in my schedule. If in the future such an opportunity comes my way again, I will definately take it up.”
