Mumbai: Salman Khan’s on-going legal tussle has caused a lot of stress for his family. His sister Arpita Khan, who was going to get engaged to her Delhi-based boyfriend Aayush Sharma, will have to wait now.
Not too long ago the Khan family had given their consent to their daughter’s choice and was gearing up for the D-day until the trial of Salman’s hit-and-run case came up. The engagement was scheduled to happen in June.
The Khan brothers, Salman, Sohail and Arbaaz had even worked out their schedules to make time for the ceremony. But now it appears that the celebrations will have to wait until the stress is over.
“Arpita is the youngest in the family and everyone dotes on her. Yes, the preparations have been stalled due to the on-going stress about the hit-and-run case. But we’re hoping it happens soon,” says a source close to the Khan family
