Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh reinvent themselves in humour

Mumbai: The promo of Sajid Khan’s ‘Humshakals’, produced by Puja Entertainment, will be unveiled to the world tomorrow. However, we got a chance to watch it in advance.

Sajid Khan had given 2 companies the task of editing the trailer and showing it to him. As much as 13 cuts of the promos were edited and after constant feedback, a final one was locked. About 2 minutes long, here are few interesting things we noted, that one can look forward to in the promo.

Saif Ali Khan and Riteish Deshmukh are known to have superb coming timing. Imagine, triple roles of both of them each, with the trio having three distinct characters. In 'Humshakal’s', it looks like both of them will establish a new benchmark in comic timing with Sajid Khan knowing exactly where to cut.

Three of Bollywoods hottest actresses, Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta and Tamanna Bhatia, all dressed to tease the eyes in the backdrop of beautiful locations romancing the hero.

Ram Kapoor’s perfect switch from TV to films has been well conceived by the director. He too has triple role in the film.

For the first time, Sajid Khan has collaborated with the Himesh Reshammiya. Out of the 6 songs in the film, one of them is there in the promo. The music director has broken away from what he generally does creating a new space for himself.

Satish Shah, in his 60’s now, is as energetic as he is in all his films. He is definitely going to bring smiles on your face.

And last but most importantly, the trailer towards the end admits that the film will be ‘slapstick comedy’ which is executed in a very interesting manner. With the entire mood set in perfectly, the trailer will generate buzz on a good note.
