Mumbai: Rumour has it that Rahul Mahajan’s marriage is on the rocks once again. Sources imply that he and his wife Dimpy Ganguly- the two got married on a reality show in 2010- will soon be legally separated, Bombay Times reported.
According to reports, Dimpy is allegedly involved with a Dubai-based man, who owns an event management firm.
A friend of the couple revealed, “It seems Dimpy knew her current boyfriend even before her marriage to Rahul. She eventually realised that she has fallen out of love with her husband. Even Rahul is aware of their relationship. The two have been staying separately for almost a year now. Dimpy relocated to Dubai around 6 months back. Though they participated in a couple dance reality show last year, it was all hogwash.”
“Divorce is inevitable. Rahul is just waiting for the elections to get over. Even while staying together, the two reportedly occupied separate bedrooms. The cracks in their marriage have deepened over time. Rahul’s friends from the industry are aware of it,” another friend added.
This is the second time the coupes relationship has hit a rough patch. Previously within four months of their marriage, Dimpy accused Rahul of domestic violence, and walked out. But they reconciled and were back together.
This is Rahul’s second marriage, he was previously married to Shweta Singh, his childhood sweetheart, but the two parted ways in 2008 when they obtained divorce on similar grounds.
