So it’s time to get in shape for lovemaking. Believe it or not the hours you put in working out at the gym will really pay off in the bedroom. And as we all know it fitness plays a great role in creating positive self-esteem, which is perhaps the best sexual enhancer you could ask for. So which exercises should you be doing to flex those sexual muscles?
Cardio
Cardiovascular workouts are great whether you’re looking to lose weight or gain some bedroom stamina. A cardio workout is a must-have for any kind of workout. They can all have a positive impact on your sex life (and your waistline). So train for a marathon. Do a daily power walk. Start swimming laps. Run a mile. Ride a bike. All of these activities will boost your endorphin levels.
Weight Training
You can consider starting a weight lifting program is if you’re looking to release more of the testosterone hormone-which has a very good effect on your sex drive. Include sets that incorporate full squats. The use of so many muscle fibers will maximize the testosterone release. Some Asnas are very beneficial, especially when performed with your partner. Not only do these poses improve your flexibility but, as with those dance classes, they involve a lot of eye contact and non-sexual touching, making them another high-value form of foreplay.
