ICC World T20 India vs Sri Lanka: 5 things India must do to be champions

Indian spinners and Kohli must continue their good form
Mirpur: India will face Sri Lanka in the ICC World T20 final on Sunday. While India have one World T20 title in their trophy cabinet, they will be more than happy to add another one. Here are 5 things Team India should do to become the first team to win ICC World T20 Championship twice.
Spinners must trouble Sri Lankan batsmen:
Amit Mishra lost his line, length and rhythm against South Africa in the semi-final. Ashwin, on the other hand rose to the occasion and deceived South African batsmen with his guile and spin. Dhoni though, would want both his front-line spinners to bowl well in the final of ICC World T20. If Ashwin and Mishra manage to fulfil Dhoni’s wishes, India’s chances to win the ICC World T20 trophy get a major boost.
Yuvraj Singh has to bat fast and bat long:
While Yuvraj Singh scored 60 runs against Australia, he did not look assured against South Africa in the semi-final. Considering, Yuvraj's reputation to thrive on big occasions, India can expect him to bat fast, long and well enough to guide the team to their second World T20 title.
Mohammad Shami should be in the playing XI:
Mohammad Shami conceded runs in the first three games India played in the ICC World T20 and hence, was dropped against Australia and South Africa. But his ability to take wickets can push the Indian team management toinclude him in the playing XI against Sri Lanka.
His extra pace may help the Sri Lankan batsmen to score quickly. But the same trait would help him pick crucial wickets. Additionally, his presence in the team would bring a variety to India’s bowling attack that's heavy on spinners and slow bowlers.
Kohli and co. need to tackle Sri Lankan spinners:
Kohli is the leading run-getter in the ICC World T20. Along with it, he is the best Indian batsmen from the current team. The calmness he showed while guiding India in the semi-final win over South Africa was another sign that he continues to mature as a batsman and as a cricketer.
While he remains the lynchpin of India’s batting, Dhoni need not sweat over other batsmen's form. The in-form Indian batting line up will be up against Sri Lanka's spinner heavy bowling attack. Keeping in mind, most of the Indian batsmen are at home facing spin, they are expected to fare well against Sri Lanka.
India must field well:
India have batted and bowled well in the major part of the tournament. But their fielding has not been up to the mark. They dropped quite a few catches and had their share of lapses in the field. While it did not affect their progress in the tournament, India must avoid such mistakes against Sri Lanka in the final.
