Mumbai: Kapil Sharma, host of ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ is absolutely livid to learn that someone is charging money from the audience to attend the TV show. In fact, his team has learnt that a fake group is selling passes for Rs 8,000-10,000 on a regular basis.
The show has garnered great response ever since its inception and Kapil’s simple humour has always got the show top ratings. Recently, Preeti Simoes, creative director of Comedy Nights with Kapil tweeted: "Guyz need ur help!!Plz spread de word dat no one shud PAY for passes to ANYONE to watch CNWK shoot..itz a scam!”
The show regularly sees top stars as part of the film promotions and recently Amitabh Bachchan too made an apperance for his upcoming film 'Bhoothnath Returns'.
Kapil Sharma also took to twitter and said,“ If anybody ask you for money to attend the live shoot of comedy nights, he is a fraud, It is a free entry for fans. Anyone caught buying or selling passes will face legal action.”
