Rajnath Singh's tweet has exposed that all is not well within BJP: KC Tyagi

Singh had tweeted a poster starring himself, with words ‘Ab Ki Baar, Bhajapa Sarkar’

New Delhi: Janata Dal United (JD-U) leader KC Tyagi on Tuesday said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief's tweeting on the party's slogan in the coming election is a reflection of the internal differences existing within the BJP and RSS, which has forced him to make a turnaround.

"There is a tussle going on between BJP and RSS over not fighting elections by just rallying behind one person. RSS has always been against giving too much importance to just a single person. Earlier, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had asked its cadres to stop chanting NaMo, NaMo, now BJP chief Rajnath Singh has been forced to make a u-turn saying that it is the party first and Modi second. This proves that there is a strong feud existing within BJP and this could even lead to a split within the party," said Tyagi.

After facing a lot of criticism for the BJP being a one-man show, Singh on Monday tweeted an unseen poster starring himself, with the words "Ab Ki Baar, Bhajapa Sarkar (time for a BJP Government)."

But 33 minutes later, Modi was back on the forefront with the BJP chief re-tweeting the official party poster, with the slogan "Ab Ki Baar, Modi Sarkar (This time a Modi Government)" which has generated a lot of confusion as well as speculation in the country.

Earlier, in a strong message RSS chief, Mohan Bhagwat, had to ask its cadres that they should not cross its "maryada" (limits) while working for the BJP and restricted them from chanting NaMo, NaMo while rallying for Modi.
