Chandrababu Naidu hits out at Congress, calls it 'ABCD' of corruption

Hyderabad: Telugu Desam President N. Chandrababu Naidu has said now that the state has been divided, he will ensure re-construction in Telangana and development of Seemandhra region.

“Don’t worry about the new capital. The new TD government will take it up and it will be like Hyderabad,” he said.

“The Congress is full of scams. A stands for Adarsh, B for Bofors, C for Commonwealth, D for Defence, E for Extor-tion and F for Fraud,” Mr Naidu reeled off the scams that have occur-red on UPA’s watch.

The TD chief said he has old family ties with Ms Galla Aruna, whose father, Rajagopal Naidu, treated him like his own child.

Ms Galla Aruna said that she and her son did not leave the Congress; rather the Congress threw us on the streets. “It’s painful to leave the party that I served for 30 years. Mr Chandrababu Naidu is the only capable leader who can lead the state and ensure development,” Ms Galla Aruna said.

Mr Galla Jayadev too praised Mr Naidu’s leadership and said that he planned to contest the Guntur Lok Sabha seat since there are old family ties with the place and there was no chance in Chittoor district.

Asked whether his relative, actor Mahesh Babu, would campaign for him, Mr Jayadev said Mahesh Babu never campaigns in elections. “But I have his full support,” he added.
