Jack Wilshere’s trademark for Arsenal and England is bustling, all action midfield displays. Now he’s possibly revealed the secret behind his success, posting a picture on his Twitter account of him holding a protein shake. Posted with the message ‘Training done! Protein shake crucial Tired,’ the picture shows the beaming Gunners.
Wilshere also went one better than fellow Premier Legaue stars, who are represented on normal sized cards for kids to play with and swap.
The Arsenal midfielder, however, has his own giant card in aid of Sport Relief.
