Aamir Khan is hopeful that his film 'Dhoom 3' will set new box office records. While the film is all anyone in the industry can talk about these days, the leading man is not publicising the film in an aggressive way. It was during the release of 'Talaash' that Aamir decided that his work should speak for him — and not a promotional campaign. So the actor has stuck to his rule and appeared only at select events to publicise 'Dhoom 3'.
Despite being low profile about the promotions however, Aamir is proud of the film and the work he’s put into it. This was evident when Aamir held a special screening of 'Dhoom 3' for cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and his other close friends on Thursday morning. “The screening was held at YRF studios. An anxious-looking Aamir was heard asking his friends for feedback,” a source present at the venue said.
Sachin came in slightly late after getting stuck in a traffic jam. He was spotted having an animated discussion with Aamir after the screening. Apparently, this was one of those rare occasions when Sachin actually took time out to watch a film.
