The earlier reports on Lal Jose's new film ‘Emmanuel’ suggested that Fahadh Faasil, the poster boy of new generation movies will be appearing as a villain in the film. But now, the actor and the director have cleared the air saying that Fahadh will not play a villain, instead, he will play the role of a company executive.
The film has Mammootty appearing as a common man who works at a publishing house. When the company suddenly faces a shut-down, the character ‘Emmanuel’, who believes in the righteousness of men, is suddenly forced to jump into the job market looking for a right job in his forties.
The movie is progressing shoots, and will hit the theatres by April.
Meanwhile, Fahadh will have another important release this month in ‘Netholi Oru Cheriya Meenalla’ directed by VK Prakash.
